POWER TROWEL FINISH
Power Trowel (PT) process is a technique in concrete floor polishing by adapting power trowels to incorporate diamonds or nylon bristles. To produce a Dust proofed Abrasion resistant floor with a reflective appearance. This system can be employed on a Armourtech PRO Float placed floor or a Standard placed floor (no PRO Float) 
This system can be employed on a Armourtech PRO Float placed floor or a Standard placed floor (no PRO Float) 

APPLICATION
Concrete placed with Armourtech PRO Float

1. Wet polish with Power Trowel with Diamond pads attached to Power Trowel
2. Do one pass with dry polishing equipment if required.
3. Dry and clean floor
Option: Burnish with high speed burnishing using diamond pads.

APPLICATION
Concrete placed with STANDARD Process (no PRO Float)

1. Wet polish with Power Trowel with Diamond pads
2. Clean floor 
3. Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier with airless sprayer.
4. Keep surface wet for 15 – 20 minutes and let dry.
5. Do one pass with dry polishing equipment.
6. Clean floor again Option: Burnish with high speed burnishing using diamond pads.
