Armourtech – Burnishing Concrete Floors

It provides a dust proofed, abrasion resistant floor with burnishing only. The ARMOURTECH Floor process utilizes Colloidal Silica Technology to produce a premium Hardened, Densified surface with shine. No grinding is required.

ARMOURTECH Floor PRO Float finish options for slabs treated Utilizing ARMOURTECH PRO FLOAT  (burnishing only)

Option 1:
After 21 – 28 days Clean slab with auto scrubber and Red/Black pad
and burnish with diamond impregnated pads with minimum 2000 RPM

Option 2:
After 21 – 28 days Clean slab with auto scrubber and Red/Black pad
Apply Armourtech Densifier and burnish with diamond impregnated pads with minimum 2000 RPM machine.

Option 3:
Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier directly after pour.
After 21 – 28 days Clean and Burnish with diamond impregnated pads with minimum 2000 RPM machine.

Option 4:
ARMOURTECH Floor Hardwear Floor (no grinding)

The ARMOURTECH Hardwear Floor and Exposed Aggregate Floor and ARMOURTECH Floor systems can be used on a standard slab that has been placed normally with out using ARMOURTECH PRO FLOAT and will provide a superior cost effective finish and result than standard placement methods.

The ARMOURTECH Floor utilizes the Technology of Colloidal Silica to produce a premium Hardened, Densified surface with sheen.
No grinding is required (burnishing only) and the following is method of treating concrete floors with the ARMOURTECH Floor process.

Polished Options for Concrete Slab Placed with STD Method (no PRO FLOAT)

Option 1:
Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier directly after pour once all surface water has gone. After 21 – 28 days Clean with water and stripper pads. Burnish with minimum 2000 RPM machine with Diamond Impregnated Pads.

Option 2:
After 21 – 28 days clean with water and stripper pads and apply ARMOURTECH Densifier Burnish with minimum 2000 RPM machine with Diamond Impregnated Pads.

Option 3:
Apply ARMOURTECH Floor Hardwear Floor Process after 21-28 days

Option 4:
ARMOURTECH Floor Exposed Aggregate (polished floor)After 21-28 days proceed with standard ARMOURTECH Polishing protocols.
